Automatic tape drive cleaning

SAM-FS 3.1 detects when a DLT or Exabyte drive needs cleaning and processes a cleaning tape through the drive (if a cleaning tape is in the media changer). Also, the operator may force a drive to be cleaned with the cleandrive command.
